REFUNDS

In Equiberry, we make every effort to ensure that all products are not only visually appealing, but also of the highest quality. If, despite this, the item you purchased does not meet your expectations, you have the full right to return it (Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014. (Dz.U. 2014 r. poz. 827 ze zm.).

Terms of refunds:

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a refund. Please send your inquiry to equiberry.pl@gmail.com (you have 14 calendar days to return the item). You can return the item without giving a reason (we will be grateful for any remarks, thanks to them we may refine our products). Returned items can not be used or destroyed in any way. Please send the returned goods in the original packaging.

We would be grateful if you included the filled-in and signed refund form and the receipt with the returned product. This will optimise the refund process. After receiving your shipment, we will refund money to the bank account you indicated. Please note that returned products are returned at your own expense.

CLAIMS

Each product is eyed carefully by us to detect possible defects before shipping, but it may happen that something is overlooked, or the defect will be revealed only after some time.

If you find such a defect, please email us at equiberry.pl@gmail.com to agree on how to handle your complaint. Claims are processed up to 14 calendar days after receiving of this information.

If you decide to return the goods, we will be grateful that you include the completed and signed claim form and receipt into the package. This will optimise the claim procedure. After receiving of your shipment, we will refund the money to the bank account you indicated.
